Commission Objectives Sample Clauses

The 'Commission Objectives' clause defines the specific goals or targets that must be achieved to earn a commission. It typically outlines measurable criteria such as sales quotas, performance milestones, or other quantifiable achievements that trigger commission payments. By clearly stating what is required to qualify for commissions, this clause ensures both parties understand the expectations and reduces the risk of disputes over compensation.
