Common use of Commission and Other Reports Clause in Contracts

Commission and Other Reports. Promptly upon their becoming available (and in any event within five Business Days thereafter), copies of (i) all financial statements, reports, notices, proxy statements and other information sent or made available generally by the Company to any class of its security holders (in their capacity as such) or by any Subsidiary to any class of its security holders other than the Company or another Subsidiary, (ii) all regular and periodic reports and all registration statements, forms and prospectuses filed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with any securities exchange or with the Commission, and (iii) all press releases and other statements made available generally by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to the public concerning material developments in the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
