Commingling of Elements. In the event that DC uses or licenses the use of an Original Character, or any element thereof, in combination and/or in conjunction with any other property, including other characters, then DC shall pay Talent royalties based upon DC's pro rata allocation of the amounts set forth above among all such elements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no royalties shall be due for any Minor Use of an Original Character. As used herein, Minor Use shall mean a use of an Original Character in another property, as in, for example, multi property crossovers, guest appearances, occasional team-ups, cameos and "Who's Who" or other index type listings, as those terms are commonly used in the comic book industry.
