Once the fees are established for the commercial services, application will need to be made at Harnett Regional Water office at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in Lillington. You are required to obtain permits from the Central Permitting office.
