COMMERICAL Sample Clauses

The "Commercial" clause defines the terms under which a product, service, or agreement is intended for business or commercial use rather than personal or non-commercial purposes. Typically, this clause clarifies that the parties are engaging in the transaction as businesses, and may specify restrictions on resale, redistribution, or use outside of a commercial context. Its core function is to ensure that the agreement is interpreted and enforced with the expectations and standards of commercial dealings, thereby reducing ambiguity and aligning the parties' obligations with business practices.
