Common use of Commercialization Clause in Contracts

Licensee shall itself, or through its Affiliates or sublicensees, use Commercially Reasonable Efforts, pursuant to the Development Plan, to Commercialize each Product in each Major Market Country in the Territory where Licensee or its designated Affiliates or sublicensees have received Regulatory Approval for such Product.
