Commercialization Plan for Licensed Territory. Servier shall pursue Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Servier Territory, in accordance with its normal business practices for its internal products at a similar stage. Servier shall deliver an initial Commercialization plan to MacroGenics no later than *** prior to the anticipated date of the first filing of the first BLA for a Licensed Product in the Servier Territory (the “Commercialization Plan”).
