Common use of Commercial Operation Deadline Extension Clause in Contracts

Commercial Operation Deadline Extension. If the Commercial Operation Date does not occur on or before the Commercial Operation Deadline as the result of a Force Majeure occurring before the Commercial Operation Deadline, then the Commercial Operation Deadline will, subject to Sections 1.04 and 5.05 and Seller’s compliance with its obligations as the Claiming Party under Section 5.02, be extended on a day-for-day basis for the duration of the Force Majeure.
