Commercial Computer Software. The Software is a "commercial item" as defined at Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 C.F.R.) ("FAR") section 2.101 comprised of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as those terms are used in FAR 12.212. Consequently, regardless of whether You are the US Government or a department or agency thereof, You shall acquire only those rights with respect to the Software that are set forth in this Agreement and Your Proof of Entitlement.
