Comments. To the extent that the Database permits Comments, the Comments will be confidential to Licensee, inaccessible to other subscribers of the Database and to Mintel employees (except for essential database maintenance work performed by Mintel IT personnel). Mintel is not responsible for the content of any Comments except for those provided pursuant to section 6.4.
