Commencement of Operation of Said Club. The Developer reasonably expects that the Said Club shall be made operational after the entirety of the Said Complex is completed and made ready. The Buyer understands and accepts that the Completion Date of the Said Flat has no connection and correlation with the Said Club becoming operational and the Buyer shall not raise any claim or objection in this regard.
