Effective Date; Term This Agreement shall become effective on the date first written above and shall remain in force for a period of time of two years from such date, and from year to year thereafter but only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Fund, the Adviser or the Sub-Adviser, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and by a vote of the Board of Trustees or of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Series. The aforesaid requirement that this Agreement may be continued "annually" shall be construed in a manner consistent with the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Commencement Date and Term 1.1 This Agreement shall come into force on [insert date] (the “Commencement Date”) and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until [insert date] OR [until all Services have been completed and all Deliverables have been delivered to the British Council’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Terms of Reference)] (the “Term”).
EFFECTIVE DATE; TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective as of January 29, 2010 (the “Effective Date”). Upon effectiveness of this Agreement on the Effective Date, the Employment Agreement between the Company and the Executive dated as of January 28, 2007 (as amended, the “Prior Agreement”) shall terminate and be of no further force and effect. Subject to earlier termination as provided herein, Executive’s employment hereunder shall continue on the terms provided herein until January 28, 2012 (the “End Date”). The period of Executive’s employment by the Company from and after the Effective Date, whether under this Agreement or otherwise, is referred to in this Agreement as the “Employment Period,” it being understood that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as entitling Executive to continuation of his employment beyond the End Date and that any such continuation shall be subject to the agreement of the parties. This Agreement is intended to comply with the applicable requirements of Section 409A and shall be construed accordingly.
Effective Date; Termination Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions:
EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT This contract shall not become effective until and unless approved by the City of Nashua.
Effective Date of Coverage An eligible employee is entitled to benefits provided he is actively at work on the first day the Long Term Disability Benefit Plan becomes effective. An eligible employee absent from work due to sickness or accident at the effective date of the Plan, shall only be eligible for Long Term Disability Plan benefits upon the return to continuous active full-time employment for a period of more than four consecutive weeks. The Company shall have the right to give medical examinations to employees returning from such lay-off to determine their eligibility under the Plan.
Term Commencement Date The term of this Agreement shall commence on , 2020 (the “Commencement Date”) and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall end on June 30, 2055 (the “Term”).
Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
Commencement Date The Subcontractor shall be permitted to begin the Services on ______________________, 20____ (“Commencement Date”).
Lease Commencement Date The earlier to occur of (i) the date upon which Tenant first commences to conduct business in the Premises, and (ii) sixty (60) days following the date of delivery of the Premises from Landlord to Tenant, which delivery date is anticipated to be May 1, 2002, as such date may be adjusted pursuant to the Tenant Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit B.
