Commencement Date Memorandum. When the actual Commencement Date is determined, the parties shall execute a Commencement Date Memorandum setting forth the Commencement Date, the expiration date of the Lease Term and the actual square footage of the Premises and any required adjustments to base rent and CAC, but failure to do so shall not affect the continuing validity and enforceability of this Lease, which shall remain in full force and effect.
