Commencement Date Completion Sample Clauses

Commencement Date Completion. The Commencement Date of the Lease is set forth in Section 2.b of the Lease. The Lease Commencement Date is not necessarily the Premises Completion Date described in Section 2.c of the Lease. The Premises shall be deemed “completed” as defined in Section 2.c of the Lease. Tenant’s obligation for the payment of Rent under the Lease shall commence upon the Lease Commencement Date described in Section 2.b of the Lease.

Commencement Date Completion. The Commencement Date of the Lease ----------------------------- and Lessee's obligations for the payment of rent under the Lease shall commence on the later of: (i) May 1, 2000 or (ii) upon completion of the Tenant Improvements as determined by the architect who prepared the plans for the Tenant Improvements.
