Command Post. The Brewers shall provide the MPD with a room of sufficient size and configuration (the police command post currently located just inside the north loading dock at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park meets these MPD requirements) for operation of law enforcement services within ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park. This room shall serve as the command post for MPD operations at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park. MPD shall have the option of staffing the radio dispatch room with a civilian dispatcher. The Brewers agree to compensate the City for the services of such dispatcher at the overtime rate of Thirty Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($30.35) per hour. All hours worked for such dispatcher shall be reflected in the monthly invoices provided to the Brewers, as described herein. With respect to radio antenna networks, the parties agree that the Brewers will be solely responsible for the cost of any upgrades, agreed to by the Brewers and the Chief, up to Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) and that the City have the option of making upgrades that exceed $8,000.00. The radio antenna network shall remain the sole property of the Brewers following the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. If arrestees are to be held at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park, they will be detained in temporary holding cells in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park consistent with Wisconsin Administrative Code regulations for facilities of this nature. The Brewers agree to provide closed-circuit television and monitoring equipment for use by the MPD, in the Stadium Control Office, located next to what would be the MPD command post. The Brewers will provide all necessary utilities, including telephone, electricity, heat, air conditioning, radio antenna networks, and water for MPD personnel at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park.
Command Post. The Incident Commander will assess the emergency situation and, if appropriate, establish a Command Post. The Incident Commander should also declare a Response Level according to the Response Level Criteria listed in this section. Upon notification of a hazardous material emergency, the Deputy Fire Coordinator will contact the Incident Commander to assess the situation. This contact can be made by radio, telephone or personal contact.
Command Post post is the location at the scene of an emergency where the Incident Commander(s) and Incident Management Team are located for the purpose of incident coordination and communications. This may be a command vehicle or facility. There would be one Command Post per Incident Site.
Command Post.
13.1: The Command Post will be operated by trained qualified fire department personnel for any response or detail where the Command Post is required by overtime (call-back) personnel only.
13.2: In the event the Command Post must respond before overtime (call-back) personnel are available, on-duty trained qualified personnel will operate the Command Post. This will only be done in cases of Public Safety Department emergencies. Immediate accident investigation response will be determined by the Officer in Charge. Overtime (call-back) will be initiated immediately and the on-duty person will be replaced by the overtime (call-back) person as soon as possible.
13.3: Response for any non-emergency event (i.e. public relations events, static displays, festivals, etc.) will be done by overtime personnel only. In no event will on-duty fire personnel be mandated to take the Command Post to non-emergency events.
13.4: Operation of the Command Post will be done by personnel wishing to belong to the Command Post Group. No qualified Employee will be denied acceptance into the Command Post Group. All operations, training, etc. will only be done by personnel in the Command Post Group. Employees participating in off duty training will receive overtime or comp-time.
Command Post. The configuration of the Command Post will be determined by the SWAT Commander. Consideration will be made to include the Chief of Police/Agency Contact or his/her designee.
