Common use of COMBINING NOTICES Clause in Contracts

COMBINING NOTICES. If the Optionee, or the Optionee's legal representative, has both shares of Common Stock and a right to exercise the Option as to additional shares of Common Stock, then the Corporation may deliver one notice to the Optionee or the Optionee's legal representative to satisfy the provisions of Section 4(b)(i) hereof and Section 5(a) hereof provided the information required to be contained in each notice under such sections are contained in the single notice.
