COMBINATON SCHEDULES. Combination schedules shall be introduced in a unit when: (a) eighty percent (80) of the nurses in the unit so indicate by secret ballot and (b) the hospital agrees to implement the combination rotation, such agreement shall not be withheld in an unreasonable or arbitrary manner. (c) for nurses who indicate they do not wish to work combination schedules, the Hospital will endeavour to schedule these employees in a normal tour rotation. (d) Where the scheduling of Job Sharers may be affected by any vote to determine this language, the job share arrangement shall then have one
