Common use of Combination Settlement Clause in Contracts

Combination Settlement. If Combination Settlement applies, Citibank will deliver to Counterparty, on the relevant Settlement Date, an amount of cash equal to such Cash Amount as defined in “Combination Amount” below and a number of Shares, if any, equal to such Share Amount as defined in “Combination Amount” below in respect of any Exercisable Option exercised or deemed exercised hereunder.
