Common use of Combination of QPP™ Network Elements with Loops Clause in Contracts

Combination of QPP™ Network Elements with Loops. The Loop will be provided by Qwest under the applicable ICAs in effect between Qwest and CLEC at the time the order is placed. As part of the QPP™ service, Qwest shall as described below combine the Local Switching and Shared Transport Network Elements with the Loop provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of CLEC’s ICAs.
