Combination of CLSP Service with Loops. Except as described below, the Loop will be provided by CenturyLink under the applicable ICAs in effect between CenturyLink and CLEC at the time the order is placed. As part of the CLSP Service, CenturyLink will combine the Local Switching and Shared Transport Network Elements with the Loop.
