Common use of Color Logo Clause in Contracts

Color Logo. The Association is granted a license to use the color version of the logo, registered on the principle register of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Registration No. 2,437,051, registered on March 20, 2001, as described in the department’s Brand Standards Handbook. No other versions of the logo shall be used. As stated in the Brand Standards Handbook, electronic or hard copies of the logo or the Department Notice are available from the Publications Office by calling (916) 653‑8855
