COLOCATION SERVICE. All Colocation facilities are pending Global Crossing’s Engineering approval based upon the information provided to Global Crossing by Exodus in the Colocation Service Inquiry From. Any approved facilities shall be presented to Exodus as an amendment pursuant to Section 1.A. below.
COLOCATION SERVICE. (a) The Service consists of the colocation services set out below and in the Order Form:
(1) colocation services;
(2) onsite equipment installation services;
(3) onsite technical support services; and
(4) the configuration of each colocation unit to the specifications (which are subject to change from time to time by the Supplier) set out in the Order Form, in each case, as more fully described in the applicable Service Description.
(b) In this Agreement: (1) “Data Centre” means each data centre at which the Supplier provides the Service (as set out in the Order Form); and (2) “Service Description” means, in respect of each Data Centre, the document attached to this Agreement and entitled ‘European Liquidity Centre Colocation Service Description’. The Supplier may amend each Service Description from time to time by written notice to the Client.
COLOCATION SERVICE. Customer shall be granted the right to occupy a space within the data center as specified in an accepted SOF (“Colocation Space”), subject to the applicable rates outlined in such SOF. Customer shall be permitted to use the Colocation Space exclusively for placement, installation, and maintenance of communication equipment classified as either Customer Equipment or Zenlayer Equipment, as defined below. Zenlayer will provide Customer with racks, power, secure entry control, an air-conditioned Colocation environment, internet access capability, and certain professional services as mutually agreed upon.
COLOCATION SERVICE. HGC INOC receives Blue City related colocation remote hand service request from customer. HGC INOC will report to partner for this request (HGC INOC will provide related Rack No, equipment / to HGC. Server reference no and service request action). Partner should create service request ticket INOC immediately.
