Access to Datacenter Sample Clauses

Access to Datacenter. Customer shall provide Ziply Fiber with a list of Customer personnel who are authorized to access the Space (the “Authorized Personnel”). Only Authorized Personnel shall be allowed to enter the Datacenter, and it is Customer’s responsibility to provide updated lists of Authorized Personnel to Ziply Fiber. Ziply Fiber retains the right to require the removal of any Authorized Personnel, which right shall not be unreasonably exercised. Authorized Personnel must show valid government issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport in order to be admitted to the Datacenter. Customer’s Authorized Personnel shall comply with all generally applicable rules and regulations adopted by Ziply Fiber for the Datacenter.
