Collocation Rent. In advance on the first day of each calendar month during the Term as to all Sites, T-Mobile Collocator shall pay (i) the T-Mobile Ground Rent, as defined below, and (ii) the T-Mobile Collocation Rent, as defined below, the sum of which equals the T-Mobile Total Rent Amount.
