Collection of Series EA Revenue Entitlement. (a) The Series EA Revenue Entitlement for each year will be collected on a monthly basis by the Partnership on behalf of Series EA through (i) the Eastern Access Surcharge, (ii) the collection of Allowance Oil Revenue applicable to Series EA Assets and (iii) the Qualifying Volume Adjustment. The Series EA Revenue Entitlement will be reduced by the Line 17 IJT Discount.
