Common use of Collection of Rents and Other Income Clause in Contracts

Collection of Rents and Other Income. Unless otherwise required by any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall xxxx all Tenants for, when appropriate, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to collect, all rent and other charges due and payable from all Tenants.
