Collection of Rental Payments from Residential Tenants. The FCRHA, after an Event of Default by Tenant, may, subject to the rights of any Mortgagee under this Lease, collect sub rent and all other sums due under the Residential Leases, and apply the net amount collected to any amounts due to the FCRHA under this Lease (including, without limitation, Additional Costs and Impositions), but no such collection shall be, or be deemed to be, a waiver of any agreement, term, covenant or condition of this Lease or the acceptance by the FCRHA of any Residential Tenant as tenant hereunder, or a release of Tenant from performance by Tenant of its obligations under this Lease.
