Common use of Collection of Mortgage Loan Payments Clause in Contracts

Collection of Mortgage Loan Payments. Continuously from the date hereof until the principal and interest on all Mortgage Loans are paid in full, the Servicer will proceed diligently to collect all payments due under each of the Mortgage Loans when the same shall become due and payable; provided, however, that the Servicer may elect, to the extent consistent with Accepted Servicing Practices, to waive any late payment charge and shall, to the extent such procedures shall be consistent with this Agreement, follow such collection procedures as it follows with respect to conventional mortgage loans held in its own portfolio. Any such arrangements shall not diminish or otherwise affect the Servicer's obligation to make Advances pursuant to Section 6.03.
