Common use of Collateral Value Requirements Clause in Contracts

Collateral Value Requirements. The Margin Value of the Collateral shall at all times be equal to or exceed $50,000,000. The Fair Market Value of the Collateral shall at all times be equal to or exceed $55,000,000. Whenever applicable, the credit limits of Regulation U of the Federal Reserve Board (12 U.S.C. § 221 et seq.) shall also be satisfied as prescribed therein.
