Common use of Collateral Property Clause in Contracts

Collateral Property. All contracts and all property now owned by the Company are held by it free and clear of all Liens other than Permitted Liens. The Company has good, marketable and valid title in and to all of the Collateral now owned by it, in each case free and clear of all Liens other than Permitted Liens.
