Collateral Distribution to Sprint Sales Channels. i) Prior to the Commercial Launch Date, for each Application available to Sprint for distribution, Company will provide media master and web file (Adobe Acrobat) of collateral and Sprint will have the right to review, approve, reproduce and distribute copies of such collateral at its own discretion.
