Common use of Collateral Assignment Pay Clause in Contracts

Collateral Assignment Pay. Employees assigned to SWAT, CRU, CDT and MCRT shall receive an additional $75 per pay period if performing duties associated with those assignments. Duties shall not include: training, report writing, vehicle/equipment maintenance, or any other similar function. The number of employees assigned to a particular collateral assignment is at the sole discretion of the City based on operational needs

Collateral Assignment Pay shall begin upon ratification of the agreement by both parties.
