Common use of Collateral Agent’s Lien Clause in Contracts

Collateral Agent’s Lien. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document, as security for the payment of its fee under Section 2.7(f) and all other amounts payable to the Collateral Agent hereunder including, without limitation, any and all expenses and any amounts for which the Collateral Agent is entitled to reimbursement or indemnification, (i) the Collateral Agent is hereby granted a lien on all Collateral and (ii) the Collateral Agent shall have the right to use and apply any of the funds held by the Collateral Agent to cover all such fees and other amounts.
