Collateral Agent Documentation. The Collateral Agent shall have received each of the following: (1) One fully executed original of each of the Notes and six (6) fully executed originals of each of the other Transaction Documents listed on Schedule I hereto; and (2) copies of such title opinions with respect to the Hydrocarbon Property (as defined in the Mortgages) as have been prepared prior to the date of this Agreement and which the Company or its Subsidiaries have in their possession.
