Collaborative Project Clause Samples

The Collaborative Project clause defines the terms and conditions under which two or more parties agree to work together on a specific project. It typically outlines the scope of collaboration, the roles and responsibilities of each party, and how resources, information, and intellectual property will be shared or managed during the project. By clearly establishing the framework for joint efforts, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties are aligned in their contributions and expectations, thereby facilitating effective cooperation and reducing the risk of disputes.
Collaborative Project. The Broken Hill Health Service eICU service aims to develop, implement and maintain a collaborative intensive care service model with a suitably qualified tertiary health facility within NSW. This networked service will ensure consistency with the role delineation of the Broken Hill Health Service. The eICU service will provide appropriate diagnosis and treatment of patients in need of the most critical care by remote intensivists using telehealth technology. The collaborative service will provide: opportunity for earlier interventions for critically ill patients; decrease inter-hospital transfers; increase awareness of high acuity patients for proactive monitoring; and support care and compliance for patients before transfer decisions.
