Collaborative Conversation. When a concern arises about a Bargaining Unit Member's behavior, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Bargaining Unit Member will have a collaborative conversation, focusing on the behavior at issue and developing goals for improvement. After the initial collaborative conversation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide the Bargaining Unit Member and the Union a written summary of the collaborative conversation and the shared goals for improving behavior/conduct. The written summary is not considered a written warning. Unless warranted under the Skipped Steps provision herein, Namaste may not issue a written warning to a Bargaining Unit Member without first having had a collaborative conversation.
