Common use of Collaboration Program Reports Clause in Contracts

Collaboration Program Reports. During the Collaboration Term, in advance of each meeting of the JSC (unless otherwise agreed by the JSC), each Party will submit to the JSC for its review and discussion written materials that include a reasonably detailed summary of the Collaboration Activities performed by or on behalf of such Party during the most recently completed Calendar Quarter, which summary will include [***] (each, a “Collaboration Program Report”).
