Collaboration and Linkages Clause Samples
The 'Collaboration and Linkages' clause establishes the framework for parties to work together and form connections with each other or with third parties during the course of their agreement. It typically outlines expectations for joint activities, sharing of information, or coordination of resources, and may specify how the parties will communicate or cooperate to achieve shared objectives. This clause is essential for ensuring that all parties understand their roles in collaborative efforts, thereby promoting effective teamwork and minimizing misunderstandings or conflicts related to joint initiatives.
