Common use of Cold Comfort Letter Clause in Contracts

Cold Comfort Letter. At the time this Agreement is executed, and at each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, you shall have received a cold comfort letter, addressed to the Underwriter and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects to you and to Golenbock from CFR dated, respectively, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any.

Cold Comfort Letter. At the time this Agreement is executed, and at each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, you shall have received a cold comfort letter, addressed to the Underwriter and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects to you and to Golenbock from CFR SMPMW dated, respectively, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any.

Cold Comfort Letter. At the time this Agreement is executed, and at each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, you shall have received a cold comfort letter, addressed to the Underwriter and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects to you and to Golenbock Xxxxxxxxxx & Xxxxx from CFR PMB dated, respectively, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any.

At the time this Agreement is executed, and at each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, you the Underwriter shall have received a cold comfort letter, addressed to the Underwriter and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory in all respects to you the Underwriter from Gxxxx Xxxxxxxx and to Golenbock from CFR Sxxxx & Dxxxx LLC dated, respectively, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any.

At the time this Agreement is executed, and at each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, you shall have received a cold comfort letter, addressed to the Underwriter and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects to you and to Golenbock from CFR BTVK dated, respectively, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any.

Cold Comfort Letter. At the time this Agreement is executed, and at each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, you shall have received a cold comfort letter, addressed to the Underwriter and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory in all respects to you and to Golenbock from CFR Mxxxxx dated, respectively, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any.
