Common use of Cold Comfort Letter Clause in Contracts

Cold Comfort Letter. At the time this Agreement is executed, and at each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, you shall have received a letter, addressed to the Representative and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects (including the non-material nature of the changes or decreases, if any, referred to in clause (iii) below) to you and to BM from GGK dated, respectively, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any:

Cold Comfort Letter. At the time this Agreement is executed, and at each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, you shall have received a letter, addressed to the Representative and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects (including the non-material nature of the changes or decreases, if any, referred to in clause (iii) below) to you and to BM EGS from GGK Berenson dated, respectively, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any:

Cold Comfort Letter.
