COFACE Insurance Policy. Each COFACE Insurance Policy is in full force and effect and is in form and substance satisfactory to the COFACE Agent (acting on the instructions of all the Lenders) and the COFACE Agent (acting on the instructions of all the Lenders) is satisfied that all conditions of each COFACE Insurance Policy are fulfilled and that all the requisite approvals of the French Authorities have been obtained.
