Listing of Mandatory Prepayment Events. Each of the following events or occurrences described in this Clause 11.1 (Listing of Mandatory Prepayment Events) shall constitute a “Mandatory Prepayment Event”.
Listing of Mandatory Prepayment Events of the USD Facility Agreement but only to the extent those provisions are, as at the date of the Amendment and Restatement No.1, substantially the same in their terms, scope and effect as the provisions of Clause 11.1 (Listing of Mandatory Prepayment Events); and/or
