Common use of Coding Type Clause in Contracts

Coding Type. The coding type field indicates the method of encoding EADPCM voice samples into the voice transfer structure. The transmitting end system shall only encode using algorithms for which there is decode support at the receiving end system. The algorithms supported by the receiver are known by mutual configuration. Values of the Coding Type field are defined in Figure G - 2.
