Code of Practice for the Governance. of State Bodies As an agency operating under the aegis of the Minister, the Policing Authority is subject to a range of statutory and corporate governance obligations including under the Code of Practice. The Authority will ensure that all the necessary obligations are fully complied with and the Department will satisfy itself, through the reporting and monitoring arrangements set out in this agreement, that all the requirements of the Code are properly implemented and observed.
