Common use of Code Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Code Enforcement. Fire District shall make available to residents of the City technical and fire protection advice. Fire Dis trict personnel shall be advised of and shall be familiar with and assist in the enactment and enforcement of the City of Overland Park fire code and such other related ordinances and policies of the City as may be enacted relating to fire protection. T he Fire District shall conduct fire code inspections.
