Code Compliance. The Developer shall comply with all codes, ordinances, and rules and regulations of the City. Development of the Property shall also be in conformance with all aspects of the Final Plans and shall be completed prior to issuance of the first certificate of occupancy within the Property. This shall include, but not be limited to, street and parking lot paving and striping, landscaping, trash enclosures, rooftop and wall mounted equipment, building elevations, and all other requirements of the Final Plans and applicable City codes, ordinances, and rules and regulations.
