COACH SEPARATION PAYMENT. If Coach terminates Coach’s employment without cause at any time during the Term to accept another Division I coaching position, then Coach (or a third party on Coach’s behalf) shall pay the University a separation payment (“Coach Separation Payment”) in the amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total Base Pay that would have otherwise been payable to Coach through March 31, 2029. Payment of the Coach Separation Payment shall be paid to the University before the last day of the month following the month in which Coach terminates the Agreement.

COACH SEPARATION PAYMENT. Section 3.3.2 of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the date of ”March 31, 2029” in its entirety and replacing it with “March 31, 2030”. Terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Agreement. Except as revised by this Amendment, the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
