CO-PARTNERSHIP DISCLAIMER. It is mutually agreed and understood that nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to constitute a partnership or joint venture between the parties to this Agreement, or as constituting Operator or their employees as employees, agents or representatives of the County for any purpose or in any manner whatsoever.
