Common use of Co-Management Clause in Contracts

Co-Management. The City may appoint a manager to work with and supervise the Operator, in operating the Premises and in curing the Event of Default, in order to: i. improve the Operator’s, management of the Premises and return operation of the Premises to the Operator, as applicable, at some future date; and ii. provide education, training and other necessary resources to the Operator to cure the Event of Default.
