Common use of Co-Curricular Activities Clause in Contracts

Co-Curricular Activities. 1. For teachers employed prior to July 1, 1981, participation in co-curricular activities will be by mutual consent between the Principal and the teacher and will be compensated for in accordance with the provisions of Article XXII of this Agreement. 2. Any teacher whose initial date of employment is subsequent to July 1, 1981, may, as a condition of employment and of continued employment, be required during his or her first ten (10) years of service to assume co-curricular positions as set forth in Article XXII, Section C.
